NEET.st was the first official-unofficial name of the attic I would record in with a drummer friend of mine. I originally only liked it for the rhyming nature of the name, and left it at that until someone informed me it is also used as a pejorative term meaning "Not in Education, Employment, or Training."

Given the nature of the meaning and growing up through the slacker culture of the 90's and early 00's, I embraced the term even tighter, using it in an endearing (and in most cases literal) way to properly encapsulate my work.
